<本院擁有頂級Haag Streit-LENSTAR LS900水晶體測量儀>

近來『已接受近視雷射手術』的白內障患者大幅增加，而已接受近視雷射手術患者的角膜弧度較難測量及估計，過去時有所聞因患者記錯之前的近視度數，導致白內障手術中，水晶體計算錯誤，而需要將植入的人工水晶體取出，再植入正確的人工水晶體。為此本院在2015年11月斥資新台幣一百多萬元，購進可藉由高階雷射光學測量技術，提升手術前水晶體計算精準度的HaagStreit Lenstar LS900光學式人工水晶體測量儀。

 

利用非接觸式，頂級HaagStreit Lenstar LS900光學式人工水晶體測量儀及同步APS自動定位系統，輕鬆、精準地完成白內障手術前檢查。

除此之外，利用非接觸式光學長度測量儀，可測得真正視軸並一次測量可得8種運算模式數據，即便是遇到近視雷射手術前近視、散光度數過深的患者，雷射後角膜弧度過平、高度近視眼軸過長或遠視眼軸較短的患者，都可選擇最適宜的測量公式及數據，降低誤差值，讓白內障手術前的人工水晶體計算這最關鍵的步驟，得到最準確的結果。而同步APS自動定位系統，更是讓每一次測量的視軸中心數據加倍精準。

本院斥資新台幣一百多萬元，購進頂級檢測機種~讓『已接受過近視雷射手術』的白內障患者，不需憂心因水晶體計算錯誤，而造成術後視力的不完美。

病人何◎◎是約90歲的病人，之前來到門診檢查時行動相當遲緩，需要家屬一直攙扶著、且病人總是悶悶不樂、不發一語，原來是因為發生白內障，自覺視力越來越模糊導­致憂鬱症(Depression)及失智症(Dementia)現象日益加重。

據家屬透露~何◎◎甚至有幾次自殘行為想了結此生。因兩眼均屬過熟型白­內障hypermature cataract，視力伸手不見五指hand movement 10cm.，幾乎全盲，以至於他毫無求生意志。

於上個月做完左眼手術，病人隔天手術後回診，視力就進步到0.4，家屬及病人皆相當開­心，手術後回診的第一天，病人神情明顯變得愉快，而且和主動和我們­診所醫護人員打招呼，與尚未手術時的樣子實有天壤之別。

因為患白內障而看不清楚產生憂鬱症狀的患者，診所並不是第一次遇到，之前我們也手術過幾­個類似的案例，等白內障手術開完，視力變好之後，患者情緒皆有顯著改善，這樣的復原結果同時，也總是鼓舞了我們每個參與手術的同仁。
